SPRINGDALE Arrests Fayetteville David Wade Spence, 52, of 968 W. Sycamore St. in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony second degree battery and violation of probation/ suspended sentence, along with misdemeanor failure to appear. Spence is accused of spanking and bruising an 11 month-old child. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,920 bond Thursday.
Rogers Bethany T. Gondolfi, 23, of 5201 Pleasant Lane was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor failure to appear and contempt. She was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.
Oliver Valdez-Lopez, 31, of 1103 Backus Ave. in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony second-degree forgery. He was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail on a $2,500 bond.
Joseph D. Yager Jr., 19, of 607 Chateau Drive was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony theft by receiving. He was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail on a $2,500 bond.
Springdale Charles Aguilar, 18, of Huntsville was arrested Wednesday in connection with robbery and third-degree battery. Aguilar remained in the Washington County Jail on Thursday in lieu of $5,000 bond.
Jorge Reyes, 44, of Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with forgery and third-degree assault. Reyes remained jailed Thursday in lieu of $2,500 bond.
Washington County Sheriff’s Office Marc Cullers, 45, of 3322 South Pecos in Las Vegas was arrested Thursday in connection with felony failure to pay child support. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond Thursday.
Dale Scott, 46, of 415 W. Archer in Tulsa, Okla.
was arrested Thursday in connection with felony contempt of court. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on $75,000 bond Thursday.
Martin Soltero-Hernandez, 26, of 1374 S. Hermits Circle in Conwood, Ariz. was arrested Thursday in connection with felony contempt of court.
He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on $100,000 bond Thursday.
Michael Campbell, 40, of 1805 S. Powell in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony failure to appear. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on $75,000 bond Thursday.
Ronald Priest, 52, of 608 E. Johnson Ave. in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony violation of probation/ suspended sentence. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond Thursday.
James Sturdivant, 41, of 1143 Paradise Lane in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with felony violation of the Arkansas Hot Check Law and two counts of misdemeanor violation of the Arkansas Hot Check Law. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,503.80 bond Thursday.
Amanda Hedrick, 31, of 27100 Highway 11 W in Charleston was arrested Thursday in connection with two counts of felony accomplice. She was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond Thursday.

Brett Anthony Clark, 42, pleaded guilty to theft by threat. Prosecutors said Clark threatened loss prevention officers at Walmart with force when he was confronted about shoplifting. He was sentenced to 10 years at the Arkansas Department of Correction with two years suspended.
James K. Churchill, 37, pleaded guilty to delivery of methamphetamine and three counts of being an accomplice to the delivery of methamphetamine. Churchill was sentenced to 40 years at the Arkansas Department of Correction with 20 years suspended.
